Our Return Promise
At Libas Ethnic, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 0309 3544979 and provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Relevant photos/videos, if required
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or agreed refund method.
Important: Original delivery charges may be non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and return eligibility.
