1. What payment methods do you offer?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Secure online payment options may also be available at checkout.

Yes. You can place your order online and pay in cash when your order is delivered.
3. How much is the delivery fee?
- Orders above PKR 5,000: Free Delivery
- Orders below PKR 5,000: PKR 350 delivery charges
4. How long does delivery take?
For Pakistan, orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days. UAE orders take approximately 7 days.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for return assistance.

7. Will my order be confirmed before dispatch?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
9. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we provide delivery across Pakistan.
10. Do you deliver to the UAE?
Yes. We also offer delivery to the UAE, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 7 days.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking information will be shared with you so you can follow your shipment.
12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order details and relevant photos/videos. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
13. Are the products shown on the website exactly as pictured?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
